Eddie McGuire
Managing Director
Eddie's career spans almost four decades working with blue-chip financial services companies, most recently as Client Services Director at AJ Bell. He was previously Financial Institutions Director at Jardine Lloyd Thompson and founder of the XPS SIPP business. Eddie is a qualified actuary with significant senior leadership experience in the pensions industry.
Steve Lancaster
Chief Operating Officer
Steve has been with @sipp for more than a decade and was instrumental in the successful management buyout. As COO, he oversees sales and operations in addition to finance. Prior to @sipp, Steve held senior roles at Deloitte and managed major financial transformation programmes.

Our BDM team provides dedicated support to financial advisers across the UK.

Head of Business Development
Matt joined @sipp in 2022 as Head of Business Development. He has worked in Financial Services since 2006, spending two decades specialising in SIPP and SSAS. Prior to joining, he was a Business Development Manager for XPS.
Northern England, Midlands & WalesKerry Houghton
Business Development Manager
Kerry has worked in financial services for nearly 40 years and is highly experienced in self-administered solutions. She joined @sipp in 2022 and is a chartered financial planner by qualification.
South West England & LondonJosh Legg
Business Development Manager
Josh has well over a decade of experience in the SIPP and SSAS industry. He began his career at James Hay and spent a decade at Curtis Banks as a Business Development Manager before joining @sipp in November 2024.
Southern England & LondonRoss McNicol
Business Development Manager
Ross has been with @sipp for well over a decade and has worked across several operational aspects of the business. He has developed close relationships with business introducers to @sipp.
Greig McGhie
Sales Support
Greig provides essential sales support to the Business Development team, helping advisers and clients with their enquiries.

Angela Barr
Head of Change
With over 30 years' experience, Angela ensures systems and processes are robust. A Lean Six Sigma and PRINCE 2 certified professional, she joined @sipp in 2013 from Aegon.
Gill Baynes
Head of SSAS
Gill joined @sipp in 2016. Having entered the pensions industry in 1983 and specialised in SSAS since 1987, she brings vast experience. She is personally recognised by HMRC as a pensioneer trustee.
Lee Halpin
Head of Technical Services
Lee leads the Technical Services team and provides expert guidance on complex pension matters. He regularly contributes to industry publications including Professional Adviser.
Aileen Mungin
Head of Operations
Aileen oversees day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient processing and excellent service delivery across all departments.

Beth Riddex
Property Team Manager
Beth manages the Property team, overseeing all property-related transactions and ensuring smooth processing for commercial property investments within pensions.
Leeann Keenan
Pensions Manager
Leeann has worked in financial services for over 20 years and progressed through roles at @sipp, from administrator to Change Manager. She now leads the busy Pensions Team with Lean Six Sigma expertise.

We are privately owned and completely independent of any investment platform, fund manager or advisory business, giving us autonomy to offer flexible propositions without conflict or bias.
