Roles & Permissions
IFA vs Organisation Admin
The portal has two main roles for adviser firm users. Each role gives you a completely different view of the platform.
IFA (Adviser)
Individual Financial Adviser
An IFA sees only their own assigned clients and cases. This is the default role for advisers joining the platform. They land on the Dashboard.
Organisation Admin
Firm administrator
An Organisation Admin has firm-wide visibility. They land on Central Servicing instead of the Dashboard and can see all clients, branches, and team members across the firm.
What each role sees
Each role has a completely different sidebar. IFAs see their personal workspace; Organisation Admins see Central Servicing.
